In order to protect and be fair to you, our current clients, and the firm, we only offer legal advice once an attorney-client relationship has been established.    While some legal questions appear straight forward, a proper answer requires a review of the facts and circumstances as well as an application of legal knowledge.  Moreover, almost all questions require to follow up and additional analysis that is best done during a consultation.

We provide the options of an in-person, telephone, or WhatsApp appointment for Attorney Cabrera to evaluate your case and to address the potential options available to you. During your appointment, you will learn specific recommendations; best options; your chances of approval with her representation; and how much the case will cost. 

Attorney Cabrera's initial consultation fee is $200.00 for half an hour consultation.  If after the consultation you decide to hire us to work on your matter, our $200 half an hour consultation fee will be waived and the amount will be applied towards your future bill. (As such, the consultation would end up being free).

Initial consultation payment will be processed by Square and should be made at the time you set the appointment.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT POLICY: To cancel your consultation, you must do so more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to get a full refund. This time slot is specially reserved for you. We allow one postponement with no charge if rescheduled more than 24 hours prior to your appointment.  Otherwise, there is no refund issued for any payment made for a case evaluation.
